Of course, a classic cake can be used for any occasion, and a dessert cake can be served at breakfast. They are just suggestions to make ordering easier and to help you find the best cake for your occasion.

APPLE, DATE, SALTED CARAMEL.

CARROT AND GINGER CAKE

VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE PASSION FRUIT AND RASPBERRY CAKE

An insanely moist, naturally gluten free orange and almond cake, topped with tangy creme fraiche.

GINGER, RHUBARB, CUSTARD, MERINGUE

Old fashioned Ginger cake, topped with vanilla custard and rhubarb jam. Covered with torched meringue.

BASQUE CHEESECAKE

What at first glance looks like a terrible mistake, is in fact an incredibly delicious, creamy, crustless cheesecake with a caramelised, bitter crust. A perfect dessert option to end your evening on a high.

Layers of sponge, soaked in coffee and marsala. Layered and topped with mascarpone, dusted with cocoa.

This cake is naturally gluten free.
