A nostalgic, classic chocolate cake with a lovely light crumb and lashings of fluffy cream cheese chocolate icing. The kind of cake you might have taken home from childhood parties in a paper serviette.
I’ve kept the finish on this cake nice and textured so you can drag a finger through the icing while waiting for the guests to arrive. You’re welcome.

This cake is naturally gluten free and refined sugar free.
Our favourite banana cake (made with ground almonds and sweetened with date puree), is filled with a strawberry compote and cream, and topped with a peanut butter whip (cream, crunchy peanut butter and a touch of honey - whipped to soft peaks). It’s finished off with a honey roasted peanut topping. This cake is decadent and full of flavour.
As this cake contains fresh cream, it’s recommended to be eaten the day of pick up and kept refrigerated.

Don’t be fooled, this is a delicious, decadent cake. The earthiness of beetroot is a great match for the richness of dark chocolate ganache. This bundt is garnished with cacao nibs, pistachios, plum dust and dehydrated beetroot.
